Five dead in worker van highway crash

Five people were killed and another three were injured Monday when a van carrying a total of nine workers crashed into a guard rail at an exit on the A16 Naples-Bari highway. The four injured are in critical condition and two are hospitalized in the city of Nola, police said. The van was the only vehicle involved in the crash, whose reasons are being ascertained by investigators, Baiano, Near Avellino, South Italy, 25 May 2015. ANSA/ CIRO FUSCO
